6. Purchases and Payments

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

Tdevs shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, labor disputes, cyberattacks, internet outages, cloud service failures, power interruptions, or other force majeure events.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services. This clause does not deprive you of any protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident, where such laws grant you rights that cannot be waived by agreement.
