SaaS Products We Build End to End

ux-stats
01

Multi-tenant B2B Platforms

Every customer gets their own separated data, their own user roles and their own bill. You get one admin console to run the whole business from.

02

Vertical SaaS Products

Software shaped around one industry, whether that is clinics, logistics, fintech or field teams. The rules and paperwork that come with it are handled from day one.

03

Marketplaces & Networks

Two sided platforms with vendor sign up, split payouts, escrow and the review systems that keep buyers and sellers coming back.

04

Analytics & Data Products

Reporting suites, dashboards you can drop straight into your own product, and data pipelines that stay fast as the numbers grow.

05

AI-native SaaS

Copilots, smart search and automated workflows built into your product, with limits, testing and cost controls so the monthly bill never surprises you.

06

White-label Platforms

One codebase, many brands. Each client gets their own look, their own domain and their own billing, without you forking the code for every new deal.

How We Build Your SaaS

Step Icon
01

Requirement Analysis

We sit down with you and map what the product has to do, who it is for and what counts as finished. Nothing gets built until that is written down and agreed.

Step Icon
02

Architecture Planning

We settle the database shape, the tenant model and the hosting setup early, so the product still holds up when your user count doubles.

Step Icon
03

UI/UX Design

You get clickable screens before a line of code is written. Changes are cheap at this stage, so this is where we make them.

Step Icon
04

Agile Development

We build in two week sprints and hand you a working link at the end of each one. No long silences, no big reveal at the end.

Step Icon
05

Quality Assurance

Every release goes through automated tests and a manual pass on real devices and browsers. We find the broken paths before your customers do.

Step Icon
06

Deployment & Maintenance

We handle the launch, then stay on for monitoring, updates and new features. You get a named contact instead of a ticket queue.

A Process That Keeps Things Moving

  1. Discovery & Compliance Mapping

We learn your business, your users and the rules you have to work within, then write down exactly what the first release needs to cover.

    01
  2. Planning & Timeline

You get a sprint by sprint plan with dates, costs and what lands in each one. No vague estimates and no moving goalposts.

    02
  3. Agile Execution

Design and development run side by side in short sprints. You review a live build every two weeks and can change direction while it is still cheap to do so.

    03
  4. Launch & Ongoing Support

We ship it, watch it closely through the first busy weeks, then keep improving it with you. Support does not stop on launch day.

Security & Compliance
Built In

Your customers trust you with their data, and often with their own customers' data too. We build to the standards your auditors and enterprise buyers ask about, so you are not going back to fix any of it a year later.

ISO 9001 Quality
Management

ISO 9001 Quality
Management

A written process and a proper review gate on every release, not only the first one.

NIST Security

NIST Security

Core security controls applied across the application, the servers and the way your team gets access to both.

GDPR

GDPR

Data residency, consent records and real deletion, sorted for any tenant serving users in the EU.

PCI DSS

PCI DSS

Card details never touch your servers. Subscriptions and payments run on tokens through your payment provider.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to what founders and product teams ask us before a SaaS build starts. If your question is not here, send it over and we will answer it just as plainly.

It depends on how many user roles you need, how complex the billing is and what the product has to connect to. A focused first version usually starts in the low five figures. A full platform with subscriptions, an admin console and outside integrations costs more. After one free call we send you a written estimate split by phase, so you can see what is driving the number before you commit to anything.

A working first version normally takes 3 to 4 months. A full platform with detailed permissions, reporting and several integrations runs closer to 6 to 12 months. We agree the dates during planning and release every two weeks, so you are never waiting months to find out where the project stands.

Multi-tenant means all your customers use the same application but each one only ever sees their own data. It keeps your hosting costs down and lets you update everybody at once. Most B2B products are better off this way. If you have a handful of large clients with strict data rules, a separate instance for each can be the safer choice. We work that out with you before any code is written.

Yes, and we do it often. We start with an audit of the code, the database and the hosting bill, then give you an honest view of what is worth keeping and what needs rebuilding. The work goes out in stages so your product stays live and your customers never notice the handover.

Yes. The source code, the designs and the documentation are yours, delivered in your own repository. The agreement transfers full rights to you on completion, and your hosting, payment and third party accounts are opened in your company name from the start.

Yes. Support plans cover server monitoring, security patches, dependency upgrades, performance tuning and new feature work. You get a named contact and agreed response times, so an urgent problem does not sit in a queue behind everyone else.

Book a free consultation through the form on this page or email us at support@tdevs.co. We usually reply within one business day. The first call is a 30 minute chat about what you are building, what it needs to do and whether we are the right team for it.
